SAIL Recruitment – Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP), a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a Maharatna Company, invites applications from interested and eligible qualified nurses for online interview to undertake the “Proficiency Training‟ in 600 bedded multi-speciality DSP hospital under M&HS department.

SAIL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2022
- Upper Age Limit: 30 years [Relaxation in Upper Age limit to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC & ST candidates]
- Qualification: (a) Pass in B.Sc. (Nursing) / Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery or; (b) Internship Certificate (if applicable) (c) Certificate of Registration
- Departments/ Disciplines: ICU/NICU/BICU, Medicine, Surgery, Obs & Gyn, Paediatrics, Casualty, Orthopaedics, COVID, Chest & Other associated areas.
- Duration: 18 (eighteen) months
- Daily Working Hours: 8 hrs shift – One day off per week
Stipend
- Stipend per month Rs.8000/-plus
- Knowledge Enhancement Allowance per month (Max upto Rs.7020/- linked to attendance as under)
Monthly Attendance
- 20 days or more – Rs.260/- per working day
- 15-19 days – Rs.130/- per working day
- Less than 15 days – Nil

- Candidates applying for SAIL Proficiency Trainees through Walk-In Interview at Durgapur Steel Plant under SAIL Recruitment 2022 must appear for the Walk-in-Interview scheduled February 15 and 16, 2022 respectively at the “Conference Hall, 1st Floor, DSP Main Hospital, Durgapur-713205” from 10:00 am onwards.
- No other mode of application would be accepted
- Candidates are advised to check their mail and website frequently, as communication with the candidates including schedule of interview etc. will be intimated through email/website.
Selection Procedure
- Candidates have to appear for an online/off-line interview as per the schedule, which will be communicated to the candidates through email/website
- In case of online interview, a link/user id & password will be provided to candidate’s registered email id giving details of schedule of interview
- Selection for “Proficiency Training‟ will be done by judging their performance through interview only
