Eligibility Criteria for BPSC Enforcement Sub Inspector Recruitment 2019
Educational qualification for various categories:
Direct Recruitment | Graduate or equivalent from a recognized university on or before 1 August 2019. |
Ex Serviceman | Graduate or equivalent from a recognized university on or before 1 August 2019 or must have graduation certificate from defence services. |
Direct Recruitment/Employees of Bihar Government | Being Matriculate or graduate is mandatory. If the candidate is post graduate then he should mention in the column |
Ex serviceman | Being Graduate is mandatory If the candidate is post graduate then he should mention in the column |
Age Criteria:
For General/EWS candidate: Minimum age is 21 and maximum age is 42 years. |
For OBC Male candidate: Minimum age is 21 and maximum age is 45 years. |
For OBC Female Candidate: Minimum age is 21 and maximum age is 45 years. |
For SC/ST Candidate: Minimum age is 21 and maximum age is 45 years. |

Selection will be made on the basis of written test, physical test and interview. |
Exam Pattern
Preliminary Exam:
Preliminary exam will be of a total of 200 marks. The number of questions will be 100 and the duration of the exam will be 2 hours. The exam will be based on General Awareness and Current affairs. Those candidates who score less than 30 percent marks will not be considered for the main exam. |
Mains Exam: It will have two exams
Paper 1 | Paper 1 will be of Hindi subject. The maximum marks will be 200 and duration will be 2 hours. The number of questions will be 100 and 30 percent marks will be needed to qualify the exam |
Paper 2 | Paper 2 will be of General awareness, Science, Polity, History, Indian Geography, Mathematics and Reasoning ability. Total no. of questions will be 100 and maximum marks for exam are 200. |

Physical Test: Those who qualify the mains examination will appear for the physical test.

Interview:
Those who qualify in both the Mains exam and physical ability test will be called for interview. The candidates will be judged for their subject knowledge, overall personality, knowledge of current affairs, creativity etc. The maximum marks of interview will be 30. |
