The Full form of PTO is Please Turn Over. Usually, PTO is written at the bottom of a page to request the concerned person or reader to turn the page. It is used to show that more or additional information is given on the next page or the other side. For example; if someone is writing a paper of science. On a page after writing the definition or description he wants to draw a diagram but he is left with only four lines below the description where he can’t draw the complete diagram. So in this case, he can write PTO below the page or description and draw the diagram on the next page. It tells the reader that the answer does not end with description only and there is some more information on the next page.
