Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers

JAIIB Full Form, what is the Full form of JAIIB?

Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers or JAIIB is another examination conducted by the IIBF or Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. Unlike CAIIB, which is equal to the graduation in Banking and Finance, JAIIB is equal to the matriculation in this field. The foremost eligibility crisis, hence, is that the applicant must have 10th grade or matriculation or anything equivalent from a known institute. JAIIB is a Professional Conversion Program, meaning that by clearing this examination, they can go on to a more professional sphere of the field of banking and finance. On clearing this examination, the applicant receives a qualification to not only explore and learn deeper in the occupation of banking and finance but also to participate in CAIIB. This examination is carried out biannually i.e. twice a year. Even by clearing this examination, one can have the opportunity to get into both recognised public and private banks but also get promotions easily
