The Full form of BA is Bachelor of Arts. BA is an undergraduate bachelor degree program in the field of Arts. This course is basically chosen by the students who wish to pursue arts after passing the 12th class exam. The duration of this course is usually three years which may vary depending on the basis of features and components of the field of study.
Out of a number of subjects in this course, a BA student is required to choose only five subjects for the course and the subjects usually include English, math, economics, history, philosophy, sociology, geography, education, home science and social work.
BA graduates can get employment in both private and public sectors. In the private sector, they can work in BPOs, KPOs, consultancies, journalism, public relations firms etc. and in the public sector, they can work in banks, railways, PSUs, army etc.
