The Full form of ANM is Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery. ANM in Nursing is a two-year undergraduate certificate-level course in Medical Nursing. The duration of the course varies for different institutes in India. It often ranges from one to three academic years. The minimum educational qualification required to pursue ANM Course is 10+2 level of education with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks. Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) is a diploma course which focuses on the study of health care of various individuals. It also taught about how to take care of equipment, provide medication timely to patient, setting up of Operation Theater, and maintain records.
