After releasing guidelines and calendar for all universities, University Grants Commission (IUGC) has launched the helpline and email ID for students queries related to admission, exams and other academic activities arising due to COVID 19 Pandemic.
Students can lodge their grievances, if any, through this helpline number and email ID.

Other than this, students can also lodge their grievances on the existing online students’ Grievance Redressal Portal of UGC at https://www.ugc.ac.in/grievance/student_reg.aspx.
The Commission has shared a tweet in this regard that reads, “UGC issues Public Notice on Redressal of Grievances related to #COVID-19 Pandemic. Helpline number:-011-23236374, e-mail:-firstname.lastname@example.org
In addition, the Commission has also constituted a Task Force to monitor concerns/ grievances of students, teachers, and institutions, and redress them accordingly.
As per the calendar issued by the university examinations will begin in July and the admissions will be conducted in August.
