Registration Process for SSC Multi-tasking Staff (MTS) Recruitment Exam 2021

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the application form and other details for Multi-tasking Staff (MTS) Recruitment Exam 2021 on its official website. The Registration process for SSC MTS 2021 recruitment exam has begun from February 5, 2021. Interested candidates can visit the official website – ssc.nic.in to apply.  The last date to submit the online application is March 21, 2021. However, the last date to pay the registration fee is March 23, 2021.

Application fee of Rs. 100/- is required to be paid by the candidates belonging to the general category. Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST, (PwD) and Ex- servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.

Candidates who have passed Class 10 and are between 18-25 years of age are eligible to apply for the SSC MTS 2021 recruitment. 

SSC MTS 2021 tier-1 examination is scheduled to be conducted from July 1 to 20, 2021, while the SSC MTS 2021 tier-2 examination is scheduled to be held on November 21, 2021. 

The selection of the candidates will be through a computer-based test and a descriptive paper. Candidates will have to clear paper-I and paper-II to be eligible for the job. Paper-I will have an objective type question while paper-II is descriptive to test the elementary language skills of the candidate in view of categorization of the post as Group-C and in view of job requirements. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in paper-I.
