Admit card for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2020 released by NTA
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2020 on the official website. Candidates who have registered for the exam can download their admit cards from the official website: ntaneet.nic.in.
The NEET 2020 Admit card includes information like Roll Number, Test Centre Number & Address, Question Paper Medium, Reporting/ Entry Time and Gate Closing Time of Centre as well as instructions to be followed at the exam centres.
The NEET 2020 exam is scheduled to be conducted on September 13, 2020 from 2 :00 to 5:00 pm in a single slot and is a pen and paper mode exam.
Steps to Download NEET 2020 Admit card
- Step 1: Visit the official website: ntaneet.nic.in
- Step 2: Click on the link ‘NEET 2020 admit card download’ on the homepage
- Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page
- Step 4: Login by entering all the required credentials
- Step 5: Your admit card will be displayed on the screen
- Step 6: Download and take a printout of the admit card for future reference
Safety precautions to be taken by NTA for NEET 2020 Exam
- The number of examination centres has been increased by the National Testing Agency in order to meet the social distancing requirements.
- In order to ensure proper social distancing inside the examination halls, the number of candidates per room has been reduced from earlier 24 to 12, now.
- For ensuring social distancing outside the examination hall, the entry and exit of candidates have been staggered. Adequate arrangements have also been made outside the examination centres to enable candidates to stand with adequate social distancing while waiting.
- Proper guidelines for social distancing have been issued by the Agency to the candidates who will appear for the exam.
- NTA has asked for support from state governments in the local movement of the candidates so that they are able to reach their examination centres on time.
