NTA declares JEE Main 2020 April/ September Result 

National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the result for JEE Main 2020 April/September exam on its official website. The agency has released the NTA Score of Paper- I (B.E/ B.Tech).  All those candidates who had appeared for the exam can check their JEE Main Result 2020 from the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in by entering their application number and date of birth

NTA conducted JEE Main Examination for B.Arch. and B.Planning was conducted on September 1 while BTech. and BE Paper was held from September 2 to September 6 2020 in two shifts per day across 660 centres across the country following strict COVID-19 guidelines. Around 8.41 lakh candidates had registered for JEE Main 2020 April/ September exam out of which nearly 6.35 lakh candidates appeared for the examination 

Steps to Check JEE Main Result 2020

  • Go to the official website https://jeemain.nta.nic.in 
  • Click on the link which reads “view Result/ Score Card”.
  • On the new window that opens enter your application number, date of birth and security pin and click submit.
  • Your NTA Score will be available on the screen.

Twenty four candidates scored 100 percentile in the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) this year, with the largest number of toppers coming from Telangana. Chirag Falor, Gurkirat Singh, Laksh Gupta, Nishant Aggarwal, and Tushar Sethi, Chagari Kousshal Kumar Reddy, Deeti Yeshash Chandra, Morreddigari Likhith Reddy, Rachapalle Shashank Anirudh, Rongala Arun Siddardha, Shiva Krishna Sagi, and Vadapalli Arvind Narasimha are the one who got 100 percentile. 

Chukka Tanuja from Telangana was the only girl to score a perfect 100. Anant Vohra was the candidate who scored the highest, 99.84 percentile, in the persons with disabilities category.


The Ranks of the candidates have been decided taking into consideration better of the two NTA Scores of all candidates appeared in JEE (Main) JAN 2020 and APRIL/SEPTEMBER 2020 examinations and in accordance with the policy already made available on the website: jeemain.nta.nic.in

NTA Score for Paper-II (B.Arch. &B. Planning) will be declared later on.
