IIT Kharagpur to begin JEE Advanced 2021 Registration from September 11
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, the organizing institute of JEE (Advanced) 2021 will begin the online registration process for JEE Advanced 2021 from September 11, 2021. Eligible candidates can apply for JEE Advanced 2021 till September 16, 2021 (17:00 IST) and can pay the application fee till September 17, 2021 (17:00 IST)
JEE Advanced 2021 is scheduled to be held on October 3, 2021. The exam was earlier scheduled to be held on July 3, 2021, but was postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
The online registration for Architecture Aptitude Test will begin form October 15, 2021 (10:00 IST) till October 16, 2021 (17:00 IST) and Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) will be held on October 18, 2021(09:00 to 12:00 IST)
Top 2.5 lakh candidates who qualify the JEE Main examination are eligible to apply for JEE advanced examination. Applicants who could not take JEE Advanced 2020 due to the ongoing pandemic will get a chance to reappear in JEE Advanced 2021 directly, without having to take the JEE Main 2021 exam.
The JEE Advanced will be computer based (CBT). The examination will consist of two papers- Paper I and Paper II. Both the papers are of three hours duration
JEE Advanced is conducted for admission to Bachelor’s, Integrated Masters and Dual Degree Programs in Engineering, Sciences, or Architecture offered by 23 IITs.
