ISRO Space Quiz Competition 2019 – The prestigious ISRO Quiz Competition 2019 for students who are still in school has begun. The competition is being jointly organised by Indian Space and Research Organisation (ISRO) and Mygov.in. The aim of this program is to increase the awareness of space programmes among the school kids. Those who will win this contest would get a chance to witness the historic moment of Chandrayaan 2 landing on the surface of Moon along with the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi in Bengaluru.

The students from Class VIII to X who want to take part in the ISRO Quiz need to register first on the website www.mygov.in with a valid email ID and password. They can also use their social media profiles such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Github and scan the QR code. While registering, students need to fill certain details correctly such as Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, Nationality, Gender and Mobile No. A student is allowed to participate in this quiz only once. Multiple registrations from the same account will be considered invalid.

 

Only those students who are Indian Citizens can give this exam. The duration of this exam is ten minutes and maximum marks are 20. Each question is of one marks. The website states that the parents and guardians can help the students while translating the questions but nothing more than that. The portal expects honesty and integrity from those who would be appearing for this exam. 

 

If a candidate is found cheating in this exam, her candidature would be declared null and void. The quiz will begin as soon as candidate clicks ‘Start’ button and end as she clicks ‘Submit’ button.
