Indira Gandhi National Open University announces Admission to 4 newly launched PG Diploma Program in Management for January 2023 Session
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched a Postgraduate Diploma Program in Management offered by School of Management Studies (SOMS) in 4 different specializations. The newly added Post Graduate Diploma Programs in Management specializations are
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDHRM)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management (PGDOM)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM)
The course will be conducted in an open distance learning mode. Candidates interested to pursue PG Diploma Program in Management from IGNOU can register for admission at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in on or before January 31, 2023.
These Post Graduate Diploma programs are designed by renowned management experts to develop the skills required for careers in business and management. The program is designed keeping in view the latest industry requirements and practices.
Any graduate including Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy or Company Secretaryship with 50 per cent marks for General category and 45 per cent for reserved category are eligible to apply for these PG Diploma Program in Management. There is no age bar for admission to these programs.
The duration of the program is minimum one-year (Two Semesters) and Maximum three-years (Six Semesters). The medium of instruction will be English. The PG Diploma program will be offered in both January and July sessions. Course fee of Rs. 2000/- per course is to be paid through online mode only.
Candidates can enroll in any of these programs without appearing for any entrance test. All the programs have flexible entry and exit options and are recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and AICTE.
The varsity has also announced the admission to 7 different MBA program for January 2023 academic session. The list includes MBA through ODL mode, MBA (Banking and Finance), or MBF, MBA (Human Resources Management), or MBAHM, MBA (Financial Management), or MBAFM, Master of Business Administration (Marketing Management), or MBAMM, MBA (Operations Management), or MBAOM, and MBA (Online), or MBAOL.
