Date Sheet for ICSE (Class X) and ISC (Class XII) board exams released
ICSE and ISC 2020 Board Exam Date Sheet released – The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has released the Date Sheet for the Board Examinations 2020 for the Indian Certificate for School Education (ICSE) Class X and Indian School Certificate (ISC) Class XII on the official website: www.cisce.org
The ISC (Class 12) exam will commence from February 3, 2020 and will conclude on March 31, 2020. The Exam for ICSE (Class 10) will commence from February 27 and will conclude on March 30, 2020
CISCE was established in 1958 and over 2,100 schools in India and abroad are affiliated to it. It has been designed to provide an examination in a course of general education, in accordance with the recommendations of the New Education Policy 1986 (India), through the medium of English. CISCE conducts exams for secondary and higher secondary classes every year.
Recently the council has also notified about the change in passing marks for ICSE and ISC board exams 2020. According to notification pass marks for ICSE (10th) boards would be 33% instead of 35% whereas for ISC (12th) boards would be 35% instead of 40%
