Indian Air Force postpones Selection Test for Airmen (Group X and Y) Recruitment 2021

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has postponed the examination for Group X and Y Airmen recruitment 2021 which was scheduled to be conducted from April 18 to 24, 2021 due to COVID 19 surge.  As per the notification, the new dates for the Indian Air Force Exam 2021 will be announced soon on the official site of CASB i.e. airmenselection.cdac.in.

The official notice reads, “In view of fresh restrictions imposed by various State Governments due to current COVID situation, STAR 01/2021 automated e-Pariksha scheduled from April 18 21 to April 24 21 has been postponed to a later date. Further, updates will be uploaded on CASB web portal airmenselection.cdac.in. Candidates are advised and required to follow the web portal regularly.”

The examination will be held in three phases. The first phase will be done in an online mode. Online test will be objective type and questions will be bilingual (English & Hindi) except for English paper. The exam shall comprise questions from English, Physics and Mathematics as per the CBSE syllabus and reasoning and general awareness. 

After the declaration of the result of Phase-I (Online) Test, shortlisted candidates will be sent a New admit card on their Registered e-mail IDs for phase – II test at a designated Airmen Selection Centre
