The National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the application process for University of Delhi (DU) Entrance Test (DUET) 2020 which is conducted for merit-based admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, MPhil and PhD courses. As per the notification, the revised dates for DUET 2020 will be announced only after the lockdown is lifted.
Earlier, the application process was scheduled to begin from April 2 and was to continue till April 30, 2020. The exam was slated to be held from June 2 to 9, 2020.
In a press release DU has informed that the decision to postpone the Entrance Test is taken following the nationwide lockdown amid Corona outbreak.
Considering the delay in admissions, exams etc across the country, the NTA in an official circular said that it will keep updating students with the latest developments and provide them with ample time between registration and preparation for the exam.
