Result of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2023 August Exam announced by CBSE
CTET 2023 Result announced – Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the result of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2023 August Exam on its official website. All those candidates who appeared for CTET 2023 exam can check their result through the official website: ctet.nic.in. Candidates can check the CTET result 2023 using their roll number.
The 17th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) exam was conducted in computer-based (online) mode on August 20, 2023, at various examination centres across India. A total of 15,01,719 candidates enrolled for Paper 1 (intended for classes 1 to 5) out of which 12,13,704 candidates appeared for exam. While 14,02,184 candidates registered for Paper 2 (intended for classes 6 to 8) out of which 11,66,178 candidates appeared in Exam.
Steps to check CBSE CTET 2023 August Result
- Step 1: Visit the official website, ctet.nic.in
- Step 2: Click on ‘CTET August 2023 Result’ on the homepage
- Step 3: Enter your Roll Number and click on submit tab
- Step 4: Your result will be displayed on the screen
- Step 5: Download and take a print out for future reference
As per the result, approx. 4 lakhs candidates have passed the exam. The pass percentage for Paper I is approximately 24.64%, for Paper II is approximately 8.67%, and the combined pass percentage for both papers is approximately 16.80%. Candidates who qualified the exam will be awarded with the CTET Certificate and Marksheet. The marksheet of candidates will be available in the DigiLocker. The mark sheets and eligibility certificates will be digitally signed and will be legally valid as per the IT Act. CTET certificate holds lifelong validity.
