Central Universities announces vacancies for Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors Posts
Central Universities Recruitment – Nine Central Universities have announced the vacancies for the post of Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors and have released the recruitment notification for the same.
As per the reports, a total of 1260 posts of Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors have been announced by these universities. Out of which the number of Assistant Professor posts are 751. Central University recruits faculty posts as per the UGC faculty recruitment norms.

Candidates who have qualified National Eligibility Test(NET) or State Eligibility Test (SET) are eligible to apply for the post of assistant professor. Candidates who have a PhD degree in accordance with UGC regulations will be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET. As Central Universities are controlled by the Government of India, applicants from any states and Union Territories can apply for any posts in CUs.
