CBSE new norms for Class X and XII Board Exam 2020

CBSE to introduce new norms for students with benchmark disabilities for Board Exams 2020 – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), through a latest notification, declared that the Board is going to extend some of the exemptions and concessions for the students with benchmark disabilities in both the examinations conducted by CBSE (class 10th and class 12th exams). CBSE have always been very sensitive towards the requirements of specially abled students and all these concessions will be in accordance with the Rights of Persons with disabilities Act- 2016.

According to the Board, it was noted that neither the schools nor the students were aware about these rules and all such regulations were not being followed properly. Therefore, CBSE took the decision to update and compile all the exemptions and inform the same to all the concerns so that everything works smoothly and no right of differently abled students is sabotaged.
