CBSE increased the number of Exam Centres for CTET 2019 July – Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has release a notification to inform the candidates about the increase in number of Exam Centre in the state of Assam and Bihar for CTET 2019 July session. Board has informed that in CBSE CTET exam, the number of cities as centre of examination has been increased due to more number of applicants in Patna and Guwahati beyond the capacity of schools and colleges in these cities. The modified list of examination cities in these states are
All the candidates can change or choose their centre of examination according to their preference. Candidates can choose at most 3 cities as their preferred centres. Moreover, it has been personally notified to candidates who have chosen their centre as Patna or Guwahati to select or modify their choice.
However, it is possible that if the number of aspirants from these cities is still more than expected, then they will get the centre in their second most preferred city. It may be noted that the CTET 2019 exam for July session is going to be conducted on 7th July 2019.
