CBSE extended Registration data submission date for Class 9 and 11
CBSE Class 9, 11 Registration – Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE has extended registration data submission date for Class 9 and 11. As per the notification on the official website, now the last date to submit the details of class 9 and 11 students for the academic session 2023-24 is November 10, 2023 without a late fee and those who miss this date will be able to submit registration data between November 11 to 18, 2023, with a late fee of Rs. 2000. Earlier the last date to submit the registration data was October 25, 2023.
The registration data for students of classes 9 and 11 can be submitted through the Pariksha Sangam portal, which is accessible at parikshasangam.cbse.gov.in.
The students of class 9 and 11 will be required to pay a registration fee of Rs. 300 whereas the students of abroad, the registration fee is Rs.500 for class 9 and Rs. 600 for class 11.
The official notification released on the official website reads, “Considering various representations received from schools, the schedule for submission of registration data of class 9 and 11, 2023-24 has been extended as follows: Without late fee the registrations can be submitted till November 10, 2023. With late fee, the registrations can be submitted from November 11-18.”
The registrations for classes 9 and 11 are held in order to help the board in advance planning for conducting board exams for the forthcoming years. Only those students whose names will be submitted through the online process of registration will be allowed to appear for classes 10 and 12 board exams in the session 2024-25.
CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exam 2024 is scheduled to begin from February 15, 2024 and continue till April 10, 2024. CBSE is yet to release the date sheet for Board Exams 2024. Students are advised to keep checking the official website of the Board for regular updates.
