DTE Assam Postpones Assam Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) 2021
The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam, has postponed the Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) 2021 and also extended the registration deadline for the same. As per the notification, Assam PAT 2021 will now be conducted on August 22, 2021. Earlier the exam was scheduled to be held on July 25, 2021.
Interested candidates can register themselves for Assam PAT 2021 till July 20, 2021. Earlier the last date to apply for the exam was June 30, 2021. Candidates can fill the application form online at the official website dte.assam.gov.in.
As per the official notice, Assam PAT 2021 exam has been postponed due to “unavoidable reasons”
Assam PAT is a state level entrance exam for the candidates seeking admission in polytechnic diploma courses in Assam.
Steps to Register for Assam PAT 2021
- Visit the official website dte.assam.gov.in
- On the homepage, click on “PAT 2021 online application”
- Click on “Click here to Apply”
- Fill up the application form, upload the required documents and submit
- Take a printout for future reference
PAT 2021 question paper comprises both objective and subjective parts. The objective part consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) based on English language and grammar, general knowledge, and technical aptitude in Maths and Science. The subjective part would have long-answer questions based on the technical course. In total there will be 100 questions. Each question will be scored for 1 mark and there will be no negative marking.
