AISSEE 2024 Registrations Process – The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be concluding the online registration process for the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2024 soon. All interested and eligible candidates who have not yet applied for the AISSEE 2024 can apply online at the official website:  on or before December 16, 2023 up to 5:00 p.m. and pay their registration fee on the same day till 11:50 p.m. The facility to make corrections in online application form will be available from December 18 to 20, 2023. 

To appear for the examination candidates are required to pay an application fee of NR 650 (General/Wards of Defence personnel and ex-servicemen/OBC(NCL)* as per central list) and INR 500 (SC/ ST/).


AISSEE 2024 is slated to be conducted on January 21, 2024 for admission to Class VI and Class IX in 33 Sainik Schools across the country, for the academic year 2024-25. Students between the age of 10 and 12 are eligible to apply for admission to class 6 and students between the age of 13 and 15 are eligible for admission to class 9 at Sainik School.

Admission in all Sainik schools across the country is based on the performance of candidates in the All-India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE). The admission of candidates will be carried out on the basis of e-counselling as per rank secured by the candidates in the School wise, gender wise, category wise (Home State and Outside State) in the Merit List of AISSEE 2024, medical fitness approved by competent medical authorities and verification of original documents.

Sainik Schools Society (SSS) is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Defence, Govt of India. The Society runs Sainik Schools. Sainik Schools are English medium residential schools affiliated to CBSE. Sainik Schools prepare Cadets to join the National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla (Pune), Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala and other Training Academies for officers.
