Indian Air Force (IAF) postponed Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2020

Indian Air Force (IAF) has postponed the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2020. As per the notification, the exam would be conducted on October 3 and 4, 2020. Earlier, the examination was scheduled to be conducted from August 31, 2020. 

The exam is conducted twice every year in February and August/September, to select Class-I Gazetted Officers in Flying and Ground Duties, both technical and non-technical.

The official notice reads – “AFCAT 02/2020 has been rescheduled to 03 & 04 Oct 2020.”

 AFCAT is conducted by the Indian Air Force twice a year in February and August/September, for the selection of Class-I Gazetted Officers in Flying and Ground Duties (Technical and Non-Technical).

IAF declared the Results of AFCAT 01/2020 on March 17, 2020. The AFSB interviews which were scheduled to be conducted from March 23, 2020 onwards were postponed due to the outbreak of Coronavirus pandemic.
