New Techniques to run ultra-fast Internet

Researchers in the second week of March 2012 invented fibre-optic technology, under Project Sardana to run ultra-fast internet. It demonstrated speed of upto 10 Gigabits per second (Gbps), around 2000 times faster than today’s fastest Internet speed. The research showed that by using existing fibre infrastructure Internet’s speed could be increased.
