Age Limit (As on 21st Sept. 2017)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 – 45 Years), (For Post 2, 3 – 40 Years), (For Post 4, 5 – 35 Years), (For 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 – 30 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules

Educational Qualification & Experience

 

Sr. Manager (Human Resources)

(1) Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and Two years MBA/MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management with minimum 55% marks OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and Two years Master Degree/Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management /Personnel Management &Industrial Relations with minimum 55% marks

 

Preference will be given to candidates having additional qualification of Bachelor Degree in Law. (Professional)

 

(2) 12 years of Post Qualification Executive Experience (including experience as ET /MT) in line; candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one-year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale

 

Manager (Chemical)

(1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55% marks

 

(2) 08 years of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line, candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale

 

Manager (Finance & Accounts)

(1) CA/ICWA OR B.Com with minimum 55% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks. OR Graduation (B.A.) with Honours in Economics with minimum 55% marks and two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks; or Graduation (B.A. /B.Sc.) with Honours in Mathematics with minimum 55% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks

 

(2) 08 years of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line, candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale

 

Deputy Manager (Chemical)

(1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55% marks

 

(2) 04 years of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET/ET/MT) in line. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale

 

Deputy Manager (Human Resources)

(1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks

 

(2) 01 year of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line

 

Senior Engineer (Instrumentation)

(1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks

 

(2) 01 year of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line

 

Senior Engineer (Mechanical)

(1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Production & Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical & Automobile with minimum 60% marks

 

(2) 01 year of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET/ ET / MT) in line

 

Senior Officer (Law)

(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) with minimum 60% marks. OR 05 years integrated LLB Degree (Professional) with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having Master Degree in Law (LLM).

 

(2) Candidate must have enrolled as an Advocate and possess minimum 01 year of post-qualification experience as a Law Executive in Public Sector / Large Private Sector Companies or as an Advocate in a reputed Law Firm/ Bar and /or District and higher courts in handling litigations before Arbitration Tribunals, Judicial / Quasi-Judicial Forums

 

Senior Officer (Marketing)

(1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Marketing with minimum 60% marks

 

(2) 01 year of post-qualification executive experience (including experience as ET / MT) in line

 

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on Written Test, Interview
