BEL Probationary Engineer Recruitment
Bharat Electronics Ltd BEL is conducting a common written exam for recruitment of the candidates in the post of Engineers in different disciplines including the following:
- Computer Science
- Electronics & Communications
- Mechanical and
- Civil Engineering
The exam is held every year in the months of July/ August respectively on the dates as specified for this purpose.
BEL PROBATIONARY ENGINEERS RECRUITMENT EXAM PATTERN
As there is no description regarding the exam pattern on the official BEL site this is a broad description of pattern on the basis of previous years exams of BEL
The BEL Entrance Exam is an objective type test having multiple choice questions
Total no of questions =150
Time = 3hrs
150 questions in 180mins.
Topics Covered
The BEL examination is divided into two sections
First section – consists of 30 questions which includes
General Aptitude
Comprehension/ Passage based questions
Data Interpretation
Logical Reasoning
General Knowledge questions
Second section – consists of 120 questions of your stream. Basics of your stream from the very starting till the end.
MARKING SCHEME
No marks are deducted for unattempted questions
There is negative marking of -0.25 for each wrong answer and hence you should be cautious in making guesses.
