Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is all set to release a notification regarding IBPS Specialist Officer Recruitment. IBPS CRP SPL-VI Exam will be conducted on 28th & 29th January 2017. Candidates may submit their online application form till end date that is December 2016

IBPS is going to conduct Common Written Exam for appointment of Specialist Officer under IBPS Recruitment of Specialist Officer in participating Organizations 2017. Total twenty banks and financial institutions are participating under CRP SPL-VI Exam for appointment of suitable candidates

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates, intending to apply for CRP SPL-VI should ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS:
Please note that the eligibility criteria specified herein are the basic criteria for applying for the post. Candidates must necessarily produce the relevant documents pertaining to category, nationality, age, educational qualifications etc. in original alongwith a photocopy thereof in support of their identity and eligibility as indicated in the online application form.
No request for considering the candidature under any category other than in which applied will be entertained
Nationality/Citizenship: Candidate must be either Citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan or a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 01st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Govt. of India
Age Limit: Candidates age should be minimum 20 years and maximum 30 years as on 01st November 2016; candidate must have been born not earlier than 02nd November 1986 and not later than 01st November 1996 (both dates inclusive). Age relaxation will be applicable as per norms.

Applications (OR) Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level

For Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): Candidates have 4-year Degree (Graduation) in Agriculture / Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Agri. Engineering/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri. Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry

For Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): Candidates have Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level

For Law Officer (Scale I): Candidates have a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council

For HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I): Candidates have Graduate and Full time Post Graduate degree or Full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR/Social Work / Labour Law*

For Marketing Officer (Scale I): Candidates have Graduate and Full time MMS (Marketing)/MBA (Marketing) / Full time 2 years PGDBA/PGDBM with specialization in Marketing*
*In case of dual specialisations, one of the fields of specialisation should be in the field prescribed; in case of major/ minor specialisations, major specialisation should be in the stream prescribed
Candidates having PG Degree (MMS or MBA)/PG Diploma with more than two specialisations are not eligible to apply

Age Relaxation Details

SC/ST - 5 years
Other Backward Classes (OBC) - 3 years
PWD (Gen) - 10 years
Ex-Servicemen, Commissioned Officers including Emergency Commissioned Officers (ECOs)/ Short Service Commissioned Officers (SSCOs) who have rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released on completion of assignment - 5 years
Persons ordinarily domiciled in the Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01st Jan 1980 to 31st Dec 1989 - 05 years
Persons affected by 1984 riots - 5 years
i) The maximum age limit specified in (II) above is applicable to General Category candidates
i) The relaxation in upper age limit to SC/ST/OBC candidates is allowed on cumulative basis with only one of the remaining categories for which age relaxation is permitted as mentioned above in Point No IV (3) to IV (6)

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on Written Examination, Interview
Scores: The corrected scores obtained by each of the candidates in different sessions (if held) will be normalized using equipercentile method. Scores up to two decimal points shall be taken for the purpose of calculations.

Cuttoff Score

Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview
Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview

Exam Centres

The Exam will be conducted online in venues across many centres in India. The tentative list of Examination centres is available in Annexure II. No request for change of centre for Examination shall be entertained
IBPS, however, reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay Rs.600/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates) through Online Payment by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets

How to Apply for CRP SPL VI Exam 2017

Eligible candidates may apply online through IBPS website from 16th November 2016 to 02nd December 2016

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online:
Before applying online, candidates should
(i) Scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in Annexure-II to this Advertisement
(ii) Keep the necessary details/documents for Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges ready
(iii) Have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the completion of this round of Common Recruitment Process
IBPS may send call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share with/mention e-mail ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line and must maintain that email account

Application Fees/Intimation Charges: Payable from 16th November 2016 to 02nd December 2016 (only online payment) shall be as follows:
- Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates
- Rs.600/- for all others
Bank Transaction charges, if any, for Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate
