Admission process
Undergraduate Programmes
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) programmes at Mesra, Patna and Deoghar will be made through AIEEE 2009 conducted by CBSE, and Central Counselling conducted by the Central Counselling Board (CCB).
Bachelor of Architecture programme (B. Arch) at Mesra will be made through Central Counselling conducted by the Central Counselling Board (CCB) and any other examination to be prescribed by the competent authority.
Candidates must appear in AIEEE 2009 and qualify for Central Counselling.
For details about AIEEE candidates are advised to visit the AIEEE website at www.aieee.nic.in and for details about Central Counselling they should visit the CCB website at www.ccb.nic.in.
Candidates intending to apply for our B. Arch and B.E. programmes must satisfy the eligibility criteria with respect to age, requisite marks in Class 10, requisite marks in Class 12 and subject combinations in Class 12, as given the website.
They do not need to obtain any separate information booklet or fill any application form.

Separate application materials will be issued for admission to these programmes.

Postgraduate Programmes
Candidates applying for admission to the following postgraduate programmes must obtain the appropriate application material at the appropriate time. They should also satisfy the eligibility criteria with respect to requisite marks in graduation.

Admission Process
Admission is any course would be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the admission test; if and where, no test in conducted, admission would be made on the basis of aggregate total marks secured by the candidate in / at the qualifying examination and marks obtained by the candidate in eligibility subject
