The sessions under each module are so designed that there is ample opportunity for experiential learning and on-hand experience of certain skills. The topics in component ‘A’ are carefully selected to generate thinking and debate on current issues related to education and it’s application to development of society. Due emphasis is given to training in teaching, communication and interpersonal skills. Efforts are made to provide basic computer literacy to the trainees.
