Apart from these courses, there are many other courses in various streams such as Biochemistry, Anatomy, Physiology, Nursing, Nuclear Medicine Technology etc.

For admission into AIIMS, AIIMS entrance exam is conducted in May every year. However, it is very difficult to get admission in this college. Among thousands of aspirants, only about 70 gets into AIIMS.

The college has also been known for its Medical establishments in India such as performing the first bone marrow transplant in 1986, first kidney transplant in 1971, first open heart surgery in 1961 among others.
