Revised exam date for West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE) 2021 announced

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has released a notification to inform about the postponement of the exam date of West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE) 2021. As per the notification, the exam which was scheduled to be held on July 11, 2021 has now been shifted to be held on July 17, 2021 due to the on-going COVID-19 crisis. The official statement reads, “In view of the COVID-19 second wave pandemic situation and continued restrictions, the date of WBJEE-2021 has been rescheduled keeping in mind the health and academic interest of the aspiring candidates.”

The first shift of WBJEE 2021 exam will be between 11 am to 1 pm for Paper 1, which is Mathematics while the second shift will be from 2 pm to 4 pm for Paper 2 that is of Physics and Chemistry.

The WBJEE is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admissions to undergraduate (UG) Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture programmes in Government and self-financed institutions and universities across the state of West Bengal.
