Application Process for Tamil Nadu Engineering College Admissions (TNEA) 2020 begins
Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) Tamil Nadu has released the schedule of the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2020 on the official website tneaonline.org. The online applications process for the same has already begun and the last date to apply is August 16, 2020. The TNEA is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering courses offered in the colleges and institutes in the state of Tamil Nadu
As per the schedule released, the engineering rank list will be released on 7 September and general counselling will be held from 17 September to 6 October.
The candidates who wish to take admissions to undergraduate engineering in the Tamil Nadu Colleges can apply on the official website.
Steps to Apply for TNEA 2020
- Visit the official website tneaonline.org to register
- Enter your details
- Get a registration number and password
- Use registration number and password to fill the form of TNEA 2020
- Fill the details and submit the fee
- Submit the form and save the details for future reference.
As per the Higher Education Minister KP Anbalagan, the government is planning to complete the engineering admissions by October 15, 2020. The state government has established 52 help centres that would assist the students in online application processes.
TNEA application forms can also be submitted through village cooperative bank branches near the student’s residence.
