JEE Advanced 2020 Postponed to be held on September, 27

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, the organizing institute of JEE (Advanced) 2020 has released a revised schedule for JEE Advanced 2020 on its official website. As per the revised schedule, the JEE Advanced 2020 exam which was to be held on September 23, has been extended to be held on September 27, 2020. Candidates can check the revised schedule of JEE Advanced 2020 form the official website jeeadv.ac.in

As per the notification, the exam dates have been extended keeping in mind that the result declaration of JEE Main 2020 may be delayed. As per the new dates for JEE Main 2020 result is set to be declared tentatively on September 11, 2020. JEE Main is the preliminary screening test for selection of candidates for the JEE Advanced.

The JEE Advanced 2020 will be computer based (CBT) and will be conducted in two slots – Morning (9:00 am to 12:00 noon) and Afternoon (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm).

  • Expected date of Result declaration of JEE Main 2020 – 11th September 2020
  • JEE Advanced 2020 Exam Date – 27th September 2020
  • Possible date for declaration of JEE Advanced 2020 Examination – 05th October 2020
  • Architecture Aptitude Test Date – 11th October 2020
  • Date of declaration of result of Architecture Aptitude Test – 11th October 2020
  • Start of seat allocation process (Tentative)- 06th October 2020
  • End of seat allocation process (Tentative) – 09th November 2020

JEE Advanced is conducted for admission to Bachelor’s, Integrated Masters and Dual Degree Programs in Engineering, Sciences, or Architecture offered by 23 IITs.
