IGNOU announces Admission to newly launched Certificate Course in Mobile Application Development (CMAD) for July 2020 session
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) announced the launch of a new Certificate Program in Mobile Application Development (CMAD) for July 2020 session. The newly launched certificate program is offered by School of Computers and Information Sciences (SOCIS).
Students interested to take admission in Certificate Program in Mobile Application Development can apply online at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
The duration of course is six months. Candidates who have passed class 12th or class 10th with 2/3 years diploma are eligible to apply for the course.
The objectives of CMAD Program are
- Understand the requirements for the development of mobile applications
- Analyze the architecture of Android·purposes
- Develop mobile apps using Android
- Design, implement and test a database for user requirements
- Develop programs using Python
- Use IDEs such as Android Studio
The course fee for the same is Rs. 5000/- plus Registration fee of Rs. 200/-
As per the official press release, “the program has five courses in total and every course will have two components assignment and term end examination respectively. If the course is having only theory counseling sessions, then there will be two components, namely, assignment and term end examination (Theory). If the course is having only practical counseling sessions, then there will be two components, namely, assignment, term end examination (practical).”
Students will not be given any printed course material. They will have to access study materials online at egyankosh.ac.in.
