Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates interested in applying for IDBI SCO Recruitment 2023 should be having B Sc (IT) /B Tech / BE/ Post Graduate Degree/ BCA/ MCA / MSc/ Chartered Accountant/ Graduate Degree/ MBA/ Graduate in Law.
- Further, this IDBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2023 is for experienced candidates, candidates with minimum 4 to 10 years are only eligible to apply.

Age Limit
- The age limit of the candidate is as follows.
- Manager – Grade B – 25 to 35 years
- Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C – 28 to 40 years
- Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D – 35 to 45 years
- Note: Age relaxation is applicable for the reserved categories as per govt. rules
Application Process
- Candidates are required to apply Online through website www.idbibank.in (Careers). No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
- Candidates are required to have a valid personal Email ID and Mobile number. It should be kept active till completion of this recruitment process. Bank may be notified through the registered Email ID. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/ she should create his/ her new email ID before applying Online.
- Instructions for uploading of Photograph and Signature are as per Annexure II. Instruction for uploading of Brief Resume, ID Proof, Proof of Date of Birth, Caste/ PWD Certificate, Educational certificate and relevant experience/relieving letter (if any) is as per Annexure III.
Application Fee
- Payment is to be made only in Online Mode. Fee /Intimation charges once paid will not be refunded.
- For SC/ ST – Rs.200/- (Intimation charges only) including GST
- For General, EWS & OBC – Rs.1000/- (Application fee + Intimation charges) including GST
Selection Process
- The selection process for post/position will comprise preliminary screening of stipulated eligibility criteria of age, educational qualifications and working experience etc. as declared by the candidate in the application form and documents in support.
