IDBI Bank SCO Recruitment 2022  – Industrial Development Bank of India has released the notification  and invites online applications for the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officer Posts. IDBI has announced to fill 226 vacancies for the post of Manager, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager Posts.

Eligibility Criteria

 
Educational Qualification

Infrastructure Management Department (IMD)

  1. Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C
  • Graduation (B.Tech/B.E in Civil/Electrical Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience.
  1. Manager (Grade B)
  • Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University, National Defence Academy or open university recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience

Administration

  1. Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D
  • Graduation Degree from a recognized University with Hindi and English as a core subject with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Masters Degree in Hindi or English or in Sanskrit with Hindi from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Or
  • Graduation Degree from a recognized University with English as a core subject with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Masters Degree in any stream with Hindi as a medium from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Minimum 10 years experience.
  1. Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C
  • Graduation Degree from a recognized University with Hindi and English as a core subject with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

Fraud Risk Management (FRM)

  1. Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D
  • Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies
  • Minimum 10 years experience.
  1. Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C
  • Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of
  • India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Minimum 6 years experience
  1. Manager (Grade B)
  • Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of
  • India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Minimum 3 years experience.

Digital Banking & Emerging Payment (DB & EP)

  1. DGM) – Grade D / AGM – Grade C / Manager
  • B.E/ B.Tech /Bachelor in Electronics/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering /Information Technology with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Or
  • Graduation in Science and Masters in Computer Application or Post Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies in Information Technology.

Finance & Accounts (FAD)

  1. Manager (Grade B)
  • Graduate with Accountancy and/or Taxation as core subjects with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Minimum 3 years‟ experience

IT & MIS:

  1. DGM / AGM / Manager
  • Graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology (IT) /Electronics & Communications with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

Legal

  1. DGM / AGM / Manager
  • Graduation in Law with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

Risk Management – Information Security Group (ISG)

  1. AGM / Manager
  • B.E / B.Tech (in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Science /Information Technology / Electronics & Communications / Electricals) with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies from any recognized University / Institution.

Treasury

  1. Manager
  • B.Sc. /BA (Maths or Stat.)/ BE/B Tech Or any Graduate with Post Graduation in M.Sc. / MA (Maths or Stat.) with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies from any recognized University / Institution. Or
  • Full time MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) preferably from reputed Business Schools/CA/CMA (ICWA)/CFA USA/FRM GARP.

 

Age Limit

  • The age limit of the candidate is as follows.
  • Manager – Grade B – 25 to 35 years
  • Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Grade C – 28 to 40 years
  • Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D – 35 to 45 years

Note: Age relaxation is applicable for the reserved categories as per govt. rules

  • Instructions for uploading of Photograph and Signature are as per Annexure II. Instruction for uploading of Brief Resume, ID Proof, Proof of Date of Birth, Caste/ PWD Certificate, Educational certificate and relevant experience/relieving letter (if any) is as per Annexure III.

  • Payment is to be made only in Online mode. Fee / Intimation charges once paid will not be refunded.

Selection Process

  • The selection process for post/position will comprise preliminary screening of stipulated eligibility criteria of age, educational qualifications and working experience etc. as declared by the candidate in the application form and documents in support.
