Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) invites applications from eligible candidates for admission to Master of Computer Application (MCA) Program through Admission Test 2018 conducted by Aligarh Muslim University.

Details of MCA Degree Course

• Intake: 58+2*/ (Academic year) (*Reserved for Physically Challenged Category, Persons with Disabilities)
• Qualifying Exam: B.Tech/B.Arch/B.E. with 55% marks in aggregate (or) Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a recognised University with 55% marks in aggregate and must have studied Mathematics along with any two of the following subjects, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Application, Computer Maintenance, Information Technology as main or subsidiary subject at the qualifying examination
• Must have studied Physics and Mathematics in the Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent Course

Selection Process

• Through MCA Admission test; admission shall be offered through Counselling
• Test Paper: There shall be one objective type paper of 100 marks comprising 100 questions with the following breakup:
• Mathematics and Statistics 50 questions
• Physics 20 questions
• Computer Science 20 questions
• Logical Ability, Deductive Ability and Reasoning 10 questions
• Date of Test: 01st June 2018, Duration - 2 hours, Scheduled Start - 10.00 a.m.

• You can apply for AMU-MCA-2018 by downloading application form from official website of Aligarh Muslim University www.amucontrollerexams.com
• You can send the print out of duly filled application form and send it with cash receipt or demand draft of Rs.400/- drawn in favour of Finance Officer, AMU, payable at Aligarh to Admission Section, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh-202002
• Candidates must attach the original Demand Draft/Cash Receipt with his/her AMU application form and also write his/her name, date of birth, course of study and Transaction ID (if available) on the reverse of the Demand Draft/Cash Receipt
