KUK Distance Education Admission 2019 - Directorate of Distance Education (DDE) of Kurukshetra University has released notification for admission to the various UG, PG and Certificate Courses for the academic year 2019-20

Important Dates for KUK Distance Education Admission 2019

Last Date for Receipt of Admission Form for all programs with Fee in the Directorate upto:

  • Without Late Fee: 4th week of October 2019

  • With Late Fee of Rs.500/-: 4th week of November 2019

  • With Late Fee of Rs.1000/- (+ Usual Exam Late Fee, if any): 4th week of December 2019

  • With late fee of Rs.4000/- (for BA, B.Com., BCA, CCA, CCU, D.Lib. Sc., B.Ed and B.Lib. Sc. (ii) With late fee of Rs. 3000/-* (For all Master Degrees and All P.G. Diplomas): January 2020

  • With Late Fee of Rs.8000/-* (For UG & PG Courses except MBA-I, MBA (HM)-I, & B.Ed.-I): February 2020

  • With Late Fee of Rs.8500/-* (For UG & PG Courses, except MBA-I, MBA (HM)-I, MCA & B.Ed.-I) (includes Late Exam Fee): March 2020

Eligibility Criteria for KUK Distance Education Admission 2019

  • International students should fulfill the minimum eligibility condition prescribed for admission as per the requirements of the course applied for. However, such candidates shall NOT be required to undergo the admission entrance test.

KUK Distance Education Admission 2019 Application Process

For Online Admission

  • The Directorate of Distance Education offers online admission facility through its own website: www.ddekuk.ac.in. Online submission of application form can be done on the DDE website and online fee can be deposited on the DDE Website as well as Online Portal www.kuk.ac.in. It is mandatory for the students to deposit hard copy of the form along with documents within 15 days of their online admission

For Offline Admission

  • Prospectus can be downloaded from DDE website and all attached forms; Admission Form, Exam form and Computer forms shall be filled and sent to the Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Kurukshetra University,Kurukshetra-136119(Haryana) along with all required documents and fee through Bank Draft drawn in favour of Registrar, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra). Prospectus can also be had from Manager, Printing & Publication, Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra-136119 as per cost given

Deposit of Fee

  • Fees will be accepted through Crossed Bank Drafts bearing the signature of the issuing authority, Identity No. and Code No. of Payee's Bank, and should be drawn in favour of the Registrar, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, payable at Kurukshetra /Thanesar only from a bank having its branch at Kurukshetra/Thanesar

Application Fee

For General Category

  • Rs.600/- at KUK Counter; (ii) Rs.650/- by Regd./Speed Post; (iii) Rs.500/- if admission is Online

For SC/BC/Blind Candidates of Haryana Only

  • Rs.150/- at KUK Counter; (ii) Rs.200/- by Regd./Speed Post; (iii) Rs.125/- If admission is Online

The students can deposit their fee online on DDE website www.ddekuk.ac.in or at KUK Online Portal www.kuk.ac.in
