Note:

  • The M.D.(Hom.) Program(for all seats as mentioned above) is conducted on a full-time basis; the Post Graduate Courses are taught as per the Regulation of the Homoeopathy (Post Graduate Degree course) M.D.(Hom.) (Amendment) Regulation 2016

Duration Course

  • Duration of the Course – 03 years M.D. (Hom.) Program

Eligibility Criteria

  • No candidate shall be admitted to M.D.(Hom.) course unless he/she possesses the degree of:
  • Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in second schedule to the HCC Act, 1973 (59), after undergoing a course of study of not less than five year and six months duration including one-year compulsory internship; on or before 31st August 2018 and appeared in the AIA-PGET-2018

OR;

  • Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (Graded Degree) or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in second schedule to the HCC Act, 1973 (59), after undergoing a course of study of not less than two years duration
  • The University or the authority prescribed by the Central Govt. or the State Government, as the case may be, shall select candidates on merit of AIA-PGET-2018 for Post Graduate Course

Selection process

  • The selection shall be made strictly on the basis of rank obtained by candidate in AIA-PGET-2018
  • In case of two or more candidates having equal merit following procedure shall be adopted as a tie-breaker
  • First, preference shall be decided on the basis of grand total of marks secured by the applicant at the I, II and III BHMS exam. if the tie still persists
  • The candidate with more aggregate marks (converted into percentage) at Third B. H. M. S. Examination will be preferred if the tie still persists
  • The Candidate with more aggregate marks (converted into percentage) at Second B. H. M. S. Exam will be preferred if the tie still persists. The Candidate with more aggregate marks (converted into percentage) at First B. H. M. S. Exam will be preferred.

Merit List

  • The merit list shall be displayed on the following websites www.bvuniversity.edu.in, www.admissions.bvuniversity.edu.in
  • Candidate has to login at the website to view their individual result with their respective login credentials. The candidates will not be informed telephonically about the counselling. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CANDIDATE TO SEE THE MERIT LIST ON WEBSITE

Counselling & on the Spot Admission Session

  • The counselling and on-the-spot admission session will be held at the Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Homoeopathic Medical College, Pune – Satara Road, Pune-411 043 as per the following:
  • Date: Thursday, 06th September 2018; 9.00 to 1.00 p.m. (Regular Quota); 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Foreign/NRI/PIO/OCI/Institutional Quota)
  • Only the candidate and one parent/guardian will be allowed into the hall where counselling is held

  • A candidate desirous of taking admission for the M.D.(Hom.) Post Graduate homoeopathy courses is required to submit single prescribed online application form along with online form fee of Rs.2000/- (fee is non-refundable)

  • The candidates should strictly follow the instructions while filling up the application form online and must read the instructions carefully before filling up the online application form given in Annexure 2
