UPTET Exam 2018 Admit Cards soon to be released – Check when?


UPTET 2018 Admit Card – The Admit Card for Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2018 can be downloaded from the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) website upbasiceduboard.gov.in from October 18 onwards.

UPTET 2018 Admit Card to be released on October 18

The Online registration for UPTET started on September 18 and was continued till October 7. The online registration window is closed now.
The candidates who have successfully registered them for UPTET 2018 can download their Admit card from the website: upbasiceduboard.gov.in.
UPTET 2018 Admit Card/ Hall ticket is needed to enter the examination hall. The following details will be mentioned on the hall ticket:

  • Name of the Candidate
  • Father’s Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Category
  • Roll Number / Registration Number
  • Exam Date
  • Exam Time
  • Exam Venue and Address
  • General Guidelines

All details mentioned on the hall ticket should be correct and accurate. In case of any error in the details mentioned on the admit card, it should be informed immediately to the concerned authority  to be rectified, so that later on the candidates does not face any problem.
UPTET 2018 is scheduled for November 04, 2018 and the result for the same will be declared on November 20, 2018
The UPTET exam 2018 will be conducted in two batches.  The first batch exam will be held from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm for those candidates who have applied for Upper Primary Level teacher (Class 6 to 8). The second batch exam will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm for those candidates who have applied for Primary level Teacher (Class 1 to 5).
Teacher Eligibility Test also known as TET is conducted for candidates seeking to be appointed as teachers in Government-run organizations. TET is based on National Curriculum Framework in which graduates, including B.A, B.Sc., and B.Com etc are eligible to take the test. The TET is mandatory to get appointed as a teacher for class 1 to 8 in the Government school.
According to reports, this year the number of candidates registered for UPTET exam 2018 is more than 22.5 lakh candidates which is about 12.5 lakh more than the candidates registered in UPTET 2017.
