The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has recently announced the results of Civil Services Exam and have published the roll numbers of candidates who have qualified for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2014. The roll numbers are on the basis of the result of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2014 held on 24.08.2014.
As per the rules of the examination, the candidates have to apply again in the Detailed Application Form (DAF ), for Civil Services Main Examination (CSM), 2014. The forms are available on the official website www.upsc.gov.in of the UPSC. Candidates are also requested to submit the online form for admission to the examination which is scheduled to be held on December 14, 2014.the successful candidates can avail the DAF (CSM) form on the website of the Commission from October 28 to November 01, 2014. Also, the necessary and detailed information on filling up the concerned form online is available completely on the official website. However, the candidates who have been recently declared eligible have to register themselves online on the relevant page of the website before filling up the DAF form. Further, the qualified candidates are requested to refer to the Rules of the Civil Services Examination, 2014 published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) of the Department of Personnel and Training Notification. The rules dated May 31, 2014 are also available on the official website of the Commission.
Candidates are also requested to take out a print of the final submitted DAF (CSM) after submitting the form online. The printed copy of the form, duly signed by the candidates, along with all the relevant documents including the prescribed fees has to be sent to the Under Secretary CS(M) , Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road New Delhi-110069. It is worth noting that the form should reach the Commission’s office latest by November 18, 2014, 5.00pm.
UPSC results of Civil Services (Main) Examination out
The marks, cut-off marks and the answer keys of Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2014 will be made available to the students only after the entire process of the Civil Services Examination, 2014 is over. Hence, students submitting application under the Right to Information will not be entertained.
