UPSC announces list of rejected candidates for Civil Services Prelims

The Union Public Service Commission Examination Branch has announced the names of rejected candidates , along with their transaction ids and registration ids, whose application has been rejected due to non-payment of fee for the Civil Services Preliminary exam.

The notification released by the UPSC exam branch is inclusive of names of the candidates whose fee has not been received from the bank authorities. The fees amounting to Rs 100 was to be paid by the candidates for the 2017 Civil Services Preliminary exam.

In view of  the  provisions  contained  in  the  Commission’s  Notice  for  the above examination published and uploaded on the Commission’s website, applications of all these candidates for the said examination have been rejected.

The appeals, if any, against the rejection need to be made within seven days along with the hard copy of the documentary evidence by speed post or by hand only to Shri Imran Farid, Under Secretary CS(P) , Union Public Service Commission, Room No.321, Ayog Sachivalaya Building, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi‐110069. The appeal against such rejection needs to be received by the Commission’s Office

If you’ve paid/deposited the fee through cash mode in the State Bank of India/designated banks then you need to submit the bank‐pay‐in slip in original.

In case of the fees being paid through debit/credit cards or through internet banking of authorised banks then you are required to submit a copy your debit/credit card statement or Bank Account Statement as the case may be.
