The Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) is considering making the medical test of Telangana EAMCET (Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test) online this year. Around 75,000 students are expected to take the medical test.
Moreover, the students appearing for the EAMCET can take home a carbon copy of the OMR sheet along with the question paper booklet. The carbon copy of the OMR sheet will be generated for students to detach it from the main OMR sheet and take home.
The test will be held on May 2 and the notification is being issued on February 25. Engineering test will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and medical test from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. The Candidates can submit online applications from February 28 to March 28.
The TSCHE has also decided to opt for biometric attendance of the candidates to block loopholes of impersonation, which is likely in the medical test given the past experiences.
