Most recently, the Hon’ble Supreme Court allowed the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to the medical colleges in India. Supreme Court will review verdict on common medical entrance exam The Supreme Court stated that it is willing to reconsider its earlier judgement that labelled the all-India common entrance test for medical admission as “unconstitutional”.
