The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of IAS preliminary examination UPSC IAS Prelims 2015 & 15,000 candidates have qualified.
The appeals, if any, against the rejection need to be made within seven days along with the hard copy of the documentary evidence by speed post or by hand only to Shri Imran Farid, Under Secretary CS(P) , Union Public Service Commission, Room No.321, Ayog Sachivalaya Building, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi‐110069. The appeal against such rejection needs to be received by the Commission’s Office latest by 10.07.2015
“Prime facie we find substance in the contention of the writ petition that the reservation for visually impaired candidates is not in conformity with Section 33 of the Disabilities Act. However, we are not inclined to stay the preliminary examination on that ground”, Chief Justice Rohini and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw stated.
