False claims submitted by Engg colleges to Inspection Teams

HC asks AP Govt to fix MBBS and BDS fee structure in three weeks

The Apex Court also held that there would be only one set of fee for all the students except those admitted under NRI quota. However, in spite of the Supreme Court direction, the AFRC has been categorizing the seats into competent authority and management quota seats and fixing different sets of fee which was unconstitutional, it pointed out.
