MAH-CET 2015 registration process starts. DTE Maharashtra plans to hold an online Common Entrance Test (CET) for all management programs offered by institutes across Maharashtra. In order to ensure that aspiring candidates from all over India can conveniently appear in the exam, the DTE has announced several test centres across the country.
“Managements want to start minority colleges so that they can have the freedom of admission and faculty recruitment. Also, they can surrender unfilled seats to the state and avail of the government’s fee reimbursement scheme”, said an officer form the directorate of technical education (DTE).
Results of MAHCET 2014 are for admission to first year of two year full time post-graduate degree courses in MBA/MMS and PGDM/PGDM in the Government, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the Maharashtra State. The result has been announced 11 days in advance from the date scheduled for declaration of MAHCET 2014 results. This was the first entrance test for management programmes conducted by DTE Maharashtra after the gap of one year as the test was discontinued in 2013 and was reinstated after winning the legal battle.
