CTET 2016 to be conducted in Haryana on May 8

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) – 21st February, 2016 (SUNDAY) was postponed in Haryana State owing to administrative reasons. The fresh date i.e. 8 th May, 2016 (SUNDAY) has been fixed for examination for the candidates of State of Haryana. Earlier, due to Jat agitation in Haryana, the Central Teachers Eligibility Test scheduled to be held on 21st February, 2016 was postponed. The list of cities in Haryana included Ambala, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Karnal, Kurukshetra and Panchkula.

Last date to apply for CTET 2016 is December 28

The Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi will be conducting the 8th Edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 21st February 2016 (Sunday). The last date to apply for CTET 2016 i.e. online submission of CTET 2016 application form is December 28, 2015. The last date for submission of fee through E-challan or Debit/Credit Card is December 29, 2015.

The National Council for Teacher Education (NCET) is looking at making the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) easier so that more candidates are successful and rapidly increasing vacancies across states can be filled. As per reports, CTET may become easier for school teaching aspirants from the year 2016.

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the answer key of CTET 2015 (Central Teacher Eligibility Test). Candidates can find the answer key on the official website of CTET (www.ctet.nic.in). They can download the scanned images of their OMR Sheet and Answer Key prepared by the Board up to 26th October 2015. Candidates need to log in with their roll number and date of birth.
