ISC to follow the CBSE syllabus after class 10

The Indian School Certificate (ISC) will overhaul its syllabus and will align with CBSE syllabus to prevent the migration of its students post class 10.

ISC overhauling syllabus as per CBSE to stop students migration after class 10

The changes will be effective from this new academic session and the ISC exam of 2018 will be conducted in according to this changed syllabus. The question pattern too would follow the CBSE. The new syllabus will come into effect from 2017 and the ISC exam would be conducted on the new syllabus from 2018. The changed syllabus will be only applicable to the science stream, whereas, the humanities and commerce streams will remain unchanged.
