IBPS PO 2018 Results to be Released Earlier than Expected?

 

 
As reported by NDTV, the IBPS PO results for Prelims exams is expected to be release earlier than the last year. As per the IBPS PO 2018 notification released by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection in August 2018, the main exam is scheduled to be held on November 18. IBPS will be conducting the PO exams on October 13, 14, 20 and 21.
 
This makes it obvious that the prelims result will be declared earlier than it was announced last year. In 2017, IBPS PO main exam was held almost one and half months after the prelims, however the IBPS PO prelims result was announced in the third week after the exam. Hence it can be expected that the result of IBPS PO Prelims results will be released bit earlier this year as there is not much gap between the prelims exam and the main exam.
 

IBPS PO 2018 Exam Results Dates

 
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) before conducting the main exam for PO recruitment have to complete the formalities of declaring the prelims result and releasing the admit card for main exam.
 
IBPS organize the recruitment process for probationary officers and clerks posts for 19 participating banks in the country. It also conducts and manages the exams for Specialist Officer (SO) and Officer/ Office Assistant recruitment. More than 4000 vacancies have been notified this year, which is 14% more than the vacancy announced in comparison to last year.
 
Every year nearly 1.5 crore candidates register for various exams conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) which is the biggest bank exam conducting body. Its makes all the arrangements for the exam such as conducting online Prelims examination, declaring result for online Prelims examination and informs the shortlisted candidates about the online Main examination.
